When GM crops were commercialized 25 years ago, experts expected the only benefits to be higher yield and lower chemical use. However, this talk will highlight some of the unexpected health and society benefits of GM crops.

Typically held monthly in the basement at a downtown Saskatoon pub, this edition of Café Sci will be held online!
